In order to complete a deposit into your custody account, there are two steps.
- Submit the Deposit Request in the Platform
- Include in the Notes your “Wire Confirmation Number”
- Complete the wire to deposit funds from your actual bank.
- Deposits do not automatically happen when the deposit request is submitted in the platform.
- If you do not complete the wire to deposit funds into your custody account within 72 hours, your transaction will be CANCELED.
- Please include in the wire notes with your bank the following information in the Notes Field:
- Your Legal Name and
- Reference Code of the Transaction from the Etana platform
- Go to the "transaction menu"
- Click on the orange button for the specific transaction
- Enter the Transaction ID
- Submit
