To complete a deposit into your custody account, there are two steps:
- Submit the Deposit Request in the Platform
- Complete the wire to deposit funds from your actual bank (make sure the amounts match).
- Deposits do not automatically happen when the deposit request is submitted on the platform.
- If you do not complete the wire to deposit funds into your custody account within 72 hours, your transaction will be CANCELED.
- Please include in the wire notes with your bank the following information in the Notes Field:
- Your Legal Name (matching the name on Etana) and
- Last 6-digits of the Reference Code (wire notes) of the Transaction from the Etana platform
